BEGINNINGS (Free verse) by kawakurdi
Pull along on your truck. Is this an endless beginning? Here and there, only the masks differ! Rich shoes polish your poor forehead And heavy loads transfer your back from one place to another! The slogans in the street suck the blood of your eyes. In the cold oven of unemployment You turn your fingers around for a barley loaf. You are frustrated, depressed, counting days. You count the days but the nights never pass. -Oh God, Oh God! Godo will never come! The children are hungry. Bread is in the mouth of lions. You have salt but not food. The walls of your house eject you. Life is the shadow of death. Freedom is a lost city. Any complaining is but a rope around your neck. HOPE is.... - Don't think. Don't think. Life is a candle melting away in the darkness of nothingness Pain will become as sweet as honey when it is forgotten. -Don't think. Don't think. They are the same: The low and the lofty. The fool and the wiseman. Every sentence leads to a FULL-STOP. Without a FULL STOP nothing makes sense. Without ZERO there are no large numbers. - Don't think. Don't think. Thinking is the source of all pain. Non-think is an eternal bliss. Non-thinking is...... + The habit of the slave. Slaves do not think. They only eat and drink. But we do think Thinking is just the BEGINNING!

I don't mean slaves in the historical sense but those who choose to be slaves for sheer minimum material gain and zero in the philosophical sense as making big containing always the element of eliminating/zeroing the result. Think of worldcom's added zeroes, for example.
