Thoughts (Free verse) by nicole081083
As I lie here in my bed Many thoughts run through my head And every train of thought Gets replaced but not forgot Some of these thoughts are bad Some happy and some sad Why do I have these thoughts With myself, I have fought To keep these thoughts out of my mind Sometimes they seem a bit unkind They're always running through my head Sometimes it's hard to go to bed Eventually they come to an end But reappear when morning begins So I will just lie here in my bed And wait for these thoughts to leave my head

Up the ladder: Smoky Mountain High
Down the ladder: Win, Win, Lose, Lose

It would take at most fifteen minutes to revise this to have reasonable rhythm instead of totally fucked rhythm and to fix the broken rhyme in the last stanza. How lazy can you be?

Thoughts cannot be replaced. They are forever swimming
where the wildbums grow.
