her treasure (Free verse) by amber1028
Her time-weathered photographs. Her aged and faded treasures immeasureable. Ancient riches commemorating laughs she had found. Silver oceans and glittering eyes. Intiricately carved faces. Beautiful like the dawn's memory. Her pictures aging like the threads of time. Webbed aroung desire. Covered by her wrinkled skin. And forever remembered behind her beautiful eyes.

Down the ladder: The blankness of his life

It's difficult to feel any sympathy for the elderly when just last week an old man wandered into a playground full of children and chewed their cheeks off.
