Wanting (Sonnet) by Samantha
I feel the warmth see the blood bleeding as i let out pathetically loud cries it seems to never have any meaning everyday always waiting for me to die a smile is a way to hide a frown everyday is the same knowing tomorrow keep the medicine coming when i am down because the pills eat away my sorrow isolated in a dark black corner staring at nothing, but everything caught in the darkness i tumble over droping droping, never waking hoping I fall back, close my eyes on the cold floor waiting waiting to wake with something more.

Up the ladder: My Courtney
