knowing and KNOWING (Free verse) by Joe-joe She lay face down
Encased in grains of sand
That made way without resistance
Laying claim to that darkened vault
Where knowing was not
And seeing was a senseless chore
But where wisdom flourished
And guided her to the oceans shore.
