Pleased to meet you, my name is Mr. Nobody. I come from a place where I do not belong. The path becomes clear through my tainted eyes: I'm the one with the gun; every last motherfucker dies.

I think only the last line is legitimate "pimple". "...through tainted eyes" is too aware to be pimple but, that line makes for a better poem overall.
