Losing Anchor (Free verse) by dragonfly
I'm losing anchor. Don't let go of me, or I'll be pulled into the bay. Keep holding my hand, or I'll be washed away. The ocean tide inches closer to where I stand, Slowly upheaving my feet from the sand. And I'm losing anchor. Don't let go of me, or I'll be swept away. Don't take your eyes off me, or I'll drown in the bay

Up the ladder: drought on talkin river
Down the ladder: Take Four
