fallen love (Free verse) by crwncka1
under a wicked hazel sky, a fresh breeze of fall, is smelt in the evening air, as I walk though the foil age, leaves of orange and brown, that have fallen from the elms, reminding me of my love, that once stood beside me, only to have gone away, seemly forever its been now, but i am still standing, knowing as the seasons change, so the cycle of love repeats, ensuring me another chance, of a love that never saw, the sun under the summer sky, but with time now passing on, the autumn sky turning dark, I sit and wait for the dawn, of a sunny new day, that my love will return to me

Up the ladder: Puerto Rican Tequila
