Beauty within (Free verse) by geewhiz1962
Piercing blue eyes, pearlie white teeth. God how I wonder, what lies beneath? Dressed to a tee, always in fashion. The wondrous looks, they tickle my passion. The upright posture, the walk of a queen. Let me look closer, what does it mean? Is the heart lovely? Is there beauty within?. The package looks great, where do I begin? Is she well rounded? She looks so great. Should I say hi or should I hesitate? I know a gal, whom I admire most. Her looks are fine, she does not boast. Beauty she has, it comes from within. Trading that for a trophy, would be such a sin.

Up the ladder: an exit into limbo

It may be pimply around the edges, it's almost spot on in rythm and has a mature message. there's potential here.
