The truths of war (Free verse) by DeadtotheWorld
Unspoken truths about are enemies Deceiving the boundaries of are falling comrades Seeking yet striking into battle without trepidation Longing for another attack of the unworthy Liberating are freedoms for the artificial rights Contemplating to attack the additional forces Just to unveil they weren’t the corrected justice For they were the ones who recruited us Those are the ones that tear us apart Uncle Sam did nothing for me So why should I do in return He caused the pains and the suffering To the millions of families around the world Justice and freedom he says what we fight for, Right, then we become power hungry for more

Up the ladder: Old Way
Down the ladder: Standing by the Sea

language perhaps loses its own power as it is phrased in 'anarchy movement' terms.

I think the best types of these poems are perhaps a bit more subversive
