Death and the Non-Scanning Poem (Free verse) by tooniron
Unfortunately I exploded an ocelot turned it into a philedelphia pepper pot I tried to repair it with adhesive but the limbs were not cohesive So I continued on my journey avoiding any prosecuting attorney Until I reached my destination where i met the federal bureau of investigation they took me to the penitentiary built at the turn of the century where i was killed by another convict A handpicked hick opium addict My body was sent below ground level Leaving my soul to be tormented by the devil Surrounded by Military Personnel in Hell All because of a single solitary shotgun shell

Up the ladder: Sound of Snow Falling
Down the ladder: Zooidal Veldt

I like it, but, after the first three lines I was struggling with the flow. The only good cat, is a dead cat!

were you in the philidelphia brig too. 1992 tranport, next brig Norfolk. woodshop and softball was our life. god bless the guy(EM1 jason conners, an admirals son. he was in love with a female prisoner at the end of the hall. she was his roxanne, i the whisperer in his ear) who could beat out the star spangled banner with his head on the wall in the cell next to me. kept me in time with the silence
