the servers' reaction to gypsies (Free verse) by ~incarnate~
I could hear them in the kitchen Even the dizzy buzzing of servers passing by Some bumping, others screaming, all crazy Still I could hear them come Like the roar of a hurricane over a bees nest Their voice and tone different Interest growing in my mind a sect I have not met Begging attention in the crowded “grande room” All of a sudden no one wanted to serve the table “To serve is your job isn’t it? What is different in these girls That you refuse to let them eat?” “Can’t you see they’re gypsies They steal your money, man I am not standing around one of them I’ve made too much tonight to lose it to some thief! And guess what they commit incest too to a higher degree”. you'd think they had communicative leprosy Now tell me this, are you in their mind? Do you see - omnipotent - what they do at night? A stupid claim you have professed In my eyes you are now less Because you did not deem it fit To serve someone you blindly condemn I’ve got to leave this freaking place They are so close minded But then I hope I am not too Am I? Could I? Would I?

Quite interesting but spoiled by using dud grammar/slang occasionally (eg "close minded") and an abence of punctuation.
