A Piano With No Keys (Free verse) by Quarton
Lone dewdrop, sunlight reflected--projected in shades of green and blue, eternity contained within its tiny orb. In microcosm, presence--essence commonly shared. Cartesian reality--duality, reductionism's schism--division, the whole in submission to conceptual revision. Mutinous parts in defiance, unity shattered--scattered, commonality in need of repair. Time's mechanism-- determinism, wound pseudo realism. Learned inspectors-- dissectors, probing and prodding, unconnected parts in chaos everywhere. Thought and substance divided--Newton chided, dualism's misconception, false certainty provided. Life's innate deception with nothing to compare. Quarks and leptons as building blocks touted, assembled--resembled, left over reductionism. Descartes' deception, only oneness prevails. Particles and waves in isolation--revelation, minute energy patterns, random positions of uncertainty made. Sun shining brightly, photon a particle, simultaneously a wave. A piano with no keys plays a catchy tune, as we all dance to music unheard. Rationality taken--forsaken, the universe absurd.

Down the ladder: the black light

ooooh delicious!! aren't you the schemer.
my only problem, too many rhymes in the second stanza.
but keep everything else
especially the last stanza-it gave me shivers. 9
