Wither Away (Free verse) by darkhelmet10
We look around at the beauty of things, But do we really think about them? For even the most beautiful rose, Will one day wither away. The most beautiful woman, Will turn old and frail. The beauty of the land, Will one day be destroyed by man. So consider what you are looking at, Because nothing lasts forever.

Up the ladder: Happy Kid
Down the ladder: love shall set you free

I really enjoy your writing darkhelmet10. This reminds me of 'Shall I compare thee to a summer's day' By William Shakespeare. -8-
