In this mirror
The image of what once was
And will never be
Shadows my mind
As I take a turn
Back in time.
Back to when we were happy
Back to when we were blue
And back to when
I loved you.
Now I sit here and cry
As I wonder
What went wrong
While you're in the future
With another girl
A girl in place of me.
Don't you love me?
Don't you even care?
You broke my heart
Yet, I still love you
And even care for you
After we went out separate ways
You, to the future
I, to the past
As I sit here
In this world of yesterday
My lips painted a crimson hue
Tears streaking my face
I am taken back
To yesterday?
