Strength (Free verse) by Freethinker1602
When your life seems to crunble down around you All you can do is gather up every shard one by one The glue it all back together again until you feel whole There's a promise that it all may be better another day You wish it could be now, the cost to be alone is high They say they're with you for every step of the way How could you know if you never turned around to answer How could you know if you never bothered to see them How could you know if you never reached out to touch them What is it to abandon the hope of going it alone When did you find out that your time for redemption is lost No one ever told you this, no one ever lied about it You just simply wished it to be gone and so it was Your heart drags weary never to be lightened Can't bare the thought of allowing some one to be there SO instead you lock yourself away and fall and pick it up Again And Again And again then you give in

Down the ladder: ever become everyday

And here we clearly see the benifits of raising your child in a good catholic school early on.

"When your life seems to crunble down around you" It's like you reached in and took the words right out of my mouth? Amazing. Bravo.
