To Laugh Or Cry (Free verse) by casey
I don't know whether to laugh or cry, but crying comes easiest, I'm not normally this girl, I'm the girl that laughs and smiles, can always find a joke, and if your sad, I'll say something to get you giggling too, since I met you I don't know what to do now I'm the one asking for jokes. They look at me and say, "she could do better", but you made me happy, now with everyting you say, I wonder if its true, if I'm feeling what the player wants me too, or if he really loves me. He holds me close, my problems disapear, I feel safe and happy, My every dream complete. As I sit here wondering what he's thinking the thought: "I didn't used to be this girl" flashed through my mind, right now crying comes easiest, And it will for awhile, But soon, I'll be the girl that can put a smile on you face.

I think you could have told this better avoiding the cliches, you've written a lot without saying much, try and evoke more depth to your work. -4-

IMMORTALIZE BEAUTY IN PERSONNIFYING MORE THAN THE OBVIOUS, DESCRIBE HOW YOU FEEL, LOYAL TO YOUR FEELINGS, NOT THE RHYME STRUCTURE.....
