Found Lost (Free verse) by Carvaceous
Thrown to the end of the world, so it seems Far away from this place you stand Tears fall, calling your name Knowing I've found myself to late Coming to terms, I understand my place Too far away I can't rejoice. My wants don't matter. I've been taken away I stand here, more than ever wanting to feel your warm embrace Your arms around, encircling me, As I struggle here shivering with uncertainty I try to chase the fear away on my own Now too late I feel a subtle kiss upon my cheek. Destined to stay, My hand numbs Searching for your hand, wishing it to be intertwined with mine. Remembering moments I lost myself In a second, being with you The wind howls blowing through this empty place. As blackened trees sway in monotone My sanity lies in the lightness of dreams Laying my head upon your shoulder Your heart beating to mine. Bringing myself to reality, leaving the daze look behind Remembering wishes don't come true, even on the stars.

My gosh, this is a memorable one, such pictures it plays into your mind, you relate to every word and hang on to the next.

Mind if I ask who inspired this?

lol! But I'm afraid your secret is that once upon a time you were at a sleep over at your friend's house and you did a poo in your bed and you were so ashamed that you secretly exchanged your soiled linen with the linen in your friend's bed so that it was they who were severely beaten, not you. My God you're disgusting!

You don't deny it, I see. Hey man I'm not sad! I have a busy social life and spend loads of time "hanging out" with friends and being really cool.

I will not stand for that contemptuous form of address any longer. Kindly address me as "-=Dark_Angel=-", or, failing that, "Captain Excellent".

You, woman, are a disgrace to this family, to this Towne, and to the King. I shall be speaking with Doctor about your wild ideas. I fear you have contracted Woman's Hysteria.
