tunnel boy (Free verse) by roses are read
in a tunnel through the rock, drowned in sunlight and saltwater, is the reflection of a boy, drinking in the talk. he is muscled and bronze, a statue of greek perfection. carved against the strokes of a sculptor, then dipped in gold. a copy of a picture of he heart washes across a wave.

Up the ladder: Laughter
Down the ladder: Unadorned
