Like Heraldo's Vault? (Free verse) by pessa
sometimes it's good to test oneself, undress oneself from the run of routine trappings. you've been the surgeon scapel in hand, removing the strands of my societal placed, plasticized wrappings. I stand somewhat still with some unease, and sensitivity pleas as you dissect each layer with care. in your humanistic search locating the core delving for more I hopefully wondered, is anything there?

Up the ladder: Panning for gold
Down the ladder: That feeling
