Forbidden fruit (Free verse) by GTK
What we want but cannot have, dangled in front of us drives us mad. Only wishing for a little taste, may not always be the case. Always tempting to take, any passions that may awake. But once we taste this fruit forbidden so, may we end up just wanting to go. The truth we seek, the secrets we keep, the pain inside that makes us weak. Should we stay, or should we go, the reality of love we will never know.

Up the ladder: morning
Down the ladder: Maliced flame
