Consider The Dead (Free verse) by Bonehiss
Consider the dead Who remember not, Their own mortal souls That time forgot. The dead cannot know How much that you care, Alone in the dark, All senses stripped bare. They cannot feel love Or hear your voice call, The dead cannot know, You love them at all. The dead cannot laugh, Or stand by your side, Hope of reunion, Forever denied. So, celebrate life As time rushes by, There will be time For the dead, On the day that you die.

hhhmmm well a bit pointless really wots the point in writing about a subject you have no idea about at furthermore noone else has any idea about poetry comes from the heart not from the need to impress by "soundin" deep
