On waiting to pick up my lover on Friday (Free verse) by bigbigdog
I realize I will no longer look at him the same, although he still skips from the school door, now he can cross-dress on his own, smile with different meanings, brush his own hair.

This actually has (in my mind) significantly different meaning that the original. I don't approve given the context of what you've already copied and how you've copied it, but I think this is valid. [yeah, like you fucking care, right?]

yes, it does have significantly different meaning, but it is an obvious copy--form and all. that's my beef. at least in the gone with the wind thing, the point of view changed. here, he's changed p&k's little girl into a transvestite/transsexual. it might be valid but it sure as hell ain't right. just my .02.
