Among The Stars (Free verse) by ARTIE When you feel your heart talking,
and you can't foretell
what it has to say,
cast your eyes to the stars,
upon that velvet way,
and if a shooting star
should turn the night sky to day,
walk with me,
far and away.

It pulses with pulsars
while drinkin' at the bar
Goes cold while I'm hot
'n encourages me
to take another shot
till the last thing I see
is the blasted stars.
