Absurd Robot (Lyric) by Nepanthe
I am self actualizing, each of my steps are exacting, mine is a limited pace, in which I know my place. I am calculating, each of the problems I'm facing, straight lines from here to there, somehow I ended up where- I began. A flaw with this twisting, world ever changing, or is it with me, deep in my circuitry. I was walking, but I see I am dancing, to a cosmic beat, underneath my feet. I am dancing, to a cosmic pulsating, straight lines, I missed a link, I am incomplete. To end so close to understanding, troubling, frustrating, I have missed a vital link, I find myself incomplete. Incomplete, Incomplete, Incomplete, Obsolete.

Down the ladder: Past thoughts

This is a lovely poem. I think you should post it at another website I sometimes go to: http://poetryaddicts.pcriot.com/forum/ - it would be much loved there as indeed would you.....

Make it less about you (i.e. "I") and let someone else dance to a cosmic beat. Love it. 9.

You are self actualizing, each of your steps are exacting, yours is a limited pace in which you know your place. I can mean anyone can't it? Except the people that the words don't apply to. By saying I, I do not distract the listener from my presence which would make them more aware of me, I is easier to empathize with as it is all of our positions in life.
