Slumbered
Happy for the evening tide
*we lit three candles*
No noise, starlit evening sleep
Books strech
Dream along the floor
*white rainbow*
I couldn't wake up--?
Mind is muttering
Alarm bells muffled in my head
*we are not in bed*

the rhyming was done quite nicely as well, and didn't detract from the poem itself.
