Homage (Free verse) by Petit Robinet
You have me cooking at 100 degrees. Each time I see you, I go week in the knees. You seek me below, you bring me below With the words that say, with the words that say You give me scratch marks down the length of my back You give me marks of teeth in the side of my neck You give me beats You destroy my bed You destroy my bed You say that you’ll never leave me You promise stay to me Cause now that I’m in the sky Away you shall not slide

Up the ladder: the stranger
Down the ladder: Light in the Darkness
