Upon Reading "Siddartha" (Free verse) by frahj
Lifting past my sallow reflection, Flows the memories of my consciousness. I see not the realities of my past, Or the illusions of my future. It seems as if I was, But am no longer. Seize my heart! Grasp my soul! And extinguish them in your bosom- Time. Lip-synching, You putrid mouth Of pouting, dripping red. Scream your beautiful profanities At my cowering soul. Until I burst into a thousand colors And fade back, Into the dark gray of reality- Time.

Up the ladder: Suck
Down the ladder: Arrival
