Returning Home (Free verse) by Niphredil
silver skeins of muffled cloud crisscross the sky as far as I can see, and the stars are woven in the web like little breaths of air. and it is I alone and the world. still I go on, and stare in wonder as the stars grow larger and larger, and my thoughts ripple fast through my grasping fingers. I stop. I stand motionless beneath the sky, and whirling about me madly, madly the great stars of the night.

Up the ladder: Taupe is an Angry Mob
Down the ladder: Sonnet For a Porn Star

might want to take an adjective or and adverd out of second stanza, line 4 - just so there isn't one line poking out like a sword, or a knife. or some other objects.

i enjoyed it

I often feel the same way, but not so eloquently.

Reminds me of Christmas Eve when I was about eleven...a beautiful night, one that felt more enchanted than usual...one of my favourite memories...that's put a smile on my face =D so for that, thank you
