Toy Story (Free verse) by whispern_smoke_wisp
Convulsing, Pulsing, I can feel my heart beating in my chest and all over my body, (which does not, by the way, open up in the back, like Mr. Potato Head.) My nerves have been shot by plastic green army men with small helmets, and I feel like I'm beings streched out all over the place like that odd little slinky dog in Toy Story. Maybe the Claw really is the master. I can feel the clear plastic walls closing in on me, I'm drowning in a sea of lime green and plastic loosing my identity to the whole. I now feel my control slipping away, as I see the strangers on the outside who are now controlling my destiny.

Up the ladder: Danuta
Down the ladder: A Chance to Say Goodbye
