Spontaneous Combustion (Lyric) by wilco
Yesterday’s future is tomorrow’s past and they say the good times never last. They’ll kill those dreams they’ve never seen just to watch them burn away from your soul like the days they say were a waste. All my erstwhile friends and lovers hide their heads beneath my cover. They haunt my dreams, reminding me, that I’m the one who’s wrong. I guess that’s why I haven’t called in years. Believe that it’s better when we are small; There’s not such a long way to fall. On your knees, babe. Genuflect, babe. It’s really not this bad. Stay with me, I’ve been on the ground for years.

Sounds like a Willie Nelson wail.

So, what happened? I leave for a while and Rockmage comes back filled with old hippie hatred for everything and plasters everyone with zeroes? I'm a little confused.

he didn't give you a zero. maybe he's been filled the spiritual antithesis of true hippydom----- honesty.
