My Heroes (Triolet) by MacFrantic
My heroes gone to pastures gold and from my heart I sing to thee Such courage born from times of old My heroes gone to pastures gold Revering love lest it be bold In shadowed shades of secrecy My heroes gone to pastures gold and from my heart I sing to thee

Up the ladder: Parting at Morning
Down the ladder: Plastic Explosive Iraqi-Man

Not bad as a Triolet. I usually dislike using thee and lest but but it seems to work ok here.
