Maiden of Blue Shadow (Terza Rima) by D. $ Fontera
Grating wrath of base impression Corrosive moon overbearing Stirs to wake a stale obsession Stippling grace amongst the glaring Men so green-eyed and foul She sweeps the grass with balletic daring Long hovers the acute brow of the owl Soft want but whetted glances Crafted blue shadows of the wolf's howl Cast her down to shapeless dances Finding footholds in hopeless chances

Down the ladder: Persnickety
