Spilling Out Sideways (Other) by PsydewaysTears
I've always found staring at the figure That the mirror portrays To be equally as relaxing as Lying in the sun's rays. My eyes always seem to remind me of Life in the good old days... When I could just look around the world and Behold what it displays. But time has surely made a mess of me, I've begun this new phase; My life has gone from perfectly concrete Into a crooked maze. Things are never what they seem anymore, Not flattery nor praise. My perception's running wildly rampant— Everything's gone ablaze. I have got to break out of my stupor To wake up from this daze. I have got to find a solution for Ending these wicked ways. So I smashed the mirror into my face— Couldn't stand the cliches. I'm dead but all of my emotions are Still spilling out sideways.

Up the ladder: no title

Understand the crooked maze. And not a bad use of words that rhyme with it.
