Acrostic Terza Rima (Terza Rima) by Bhaskaryya
TO MY LOVE~~~~ Heavenly angels couldn’t be more fair As compared to you, my sweet sprite Poetic imagination you capture with your eyes bare Pixies dancing in the silvery moonlight Yens not my soul as much as the look in your eyes Beauty lies within those eyens bright. If only those looks were for me to prize Resplendence dazzling solely for my sake Then I wouldn’t bother if ever again the sun would rise Hills might crumble, mountains might flake Deserts might flood, snow clad poles might burn And oceans might alter into a mere lake Yet, for you my heart would yearn Kindled forever would be my love’s flame And always my soul, to yours would turn. So come, think not again, feel no shame Today allow me to embrace you in my arms and Upon your lips, let me forever engrave my name. Rue not any longer my love, come and hold my hand I shall steal you away forever to our very own dreamland. Acrostic Message : HAPPY BIRTHDAY KASTURI

Not a bad love poem for an acrostic, hard to do and have it say anything.

creative. not terribly meaningful, but the form has some limitations that I must take into account. 7 sounds about right.
