Flustered sort of saint
Twice over crossed by
Fated stars
To watch life
Through imprisoned eyes
Tempt me not
For I am not
To be tempted
Restraining instincts
So far along and never
Close to discovering
That which drives us all
Up the ladder:
she sits back and judges me
Down the ladder:
Noble oboe now sings every next saturday evening
