What My Best Friend Doesn't Know (Free verse) by nicole081083
My best friend doesn't know this, but she means a lot to me She's a very special person, if you ever met her you'd see She is the most caring person that I've ever met Spending time with her is something you could never forget My best friend doesn't know this, but she smiles with her eyes When she's happy her eyes sparkle like the stars in the sky Oh and she only has one dimple that makes her incredibly unique And I'm tellin gyou right now there's nothing wrong with her physique My best friend doesn't know this, but she's definitely not fat She's got the complete package, you could say she's all that She has all the curves and they're in all the right places And she has one of the most beautiful faces My best friend doesn't know this, but her voice is a gift She sings so beautifully, people's spirits she lifts Not only can she sing but she can also write If she ever went to Nashville her career would take flight My best friend doesn't know this, but she's like a sister to me For me she'd kill a snake, but she'll run from a bee She has a really good sense of humor she makes everyone laugh She's really smart too, but not so good at math My best friend doesn't know this, but I just want her to be happy Please forgive me, I'm sure this all sounds sappy Everywhere we go she is the star of the show Yeah there's a lot that my best friend doesn't know

Yes, it sounds sappy as you say, but what are friends for?
