A Chance to Say Goodbye (Free verse) by TLRufener
In this moment, I wish to hold you. How much I care, I should have told you. You are gone now, Left me behind. Oh how much now, I wish you were still mine. I love you so much, I wish I could say; That just with one touch, My loneliness would go away. You don't know how much I miss, The way you would say hi. I wish I had one more kiss, And a chance to say goodbye. As I sit here and wonder, Why you had to die. I listen to the thunder, And just sit and cry. How I wish for, A chance to say goodbye.

I wish "god's wife" would read her own "poetry" a little more often, instead of dashing other's hope for being heard.
