Forgettable (Free verse) by Angelofpain25
I can't remember you face, And I ask myself; how did I let this escape? Why can't I even see you far away? Is that how shallow I became? That I don't even have the respect To hold onto you, and keep you within myself? Yet no matter how hard I try, I can't even point out your star, For that I can't be forgiven. I can't allow my mind to forget, Just because you're absent, Am I supposed to neglect?.
