A Hick's Rendition of "Fire and Ice" (Free verse) by Enkidu
Well, Bill says the world will end flamin' like charcoal But Elly-May thinks there's a better chance we'll all freeze From what I've tasted of that nicely flame-grilled desire I myself think fire would be better But if I had to die twice (God forbid...) I know a little somethin' about hatin' To know that when I'm driving my truck down 144 with a six pack in my hand, sippin' two atta time, I would rather freeze right in that moment than have some god-awful yuppie fireball come burnin' down onto my Chevy Yeah, freezin' would be awesome And would suf..suffi... suf. aw shoot!

Of the two, this ones funnier. If they ever see a book, they should be on the same page or back to back.
