our poetry is always work in progress...but the best thing about poetry..it is our innermost feelings...all in all I would say the poem has redeeming qualities...maybe a little work here and there but still a moving poem

Bill...thank you for your warm welcome...nice to be here. In answer to your question. I definately am not a singer nor songwriter per say. Whenever I write, I hear music...it is with me continuously. Every poem I've written is a song in my head.I have no formal education in music so I can only write the words.

cindy...this is actually the un-edited version(the original poem I wrote).Bill made a revision that I'm playing around with and when allowed to post again(you are only allowed to post three times in a week. am I correct?)I will post it again...guess I could have posted it along with this one huh...on the same page.
