Foolish (Free verse) by AmberNicole

Falling in love with you Was not something I wanted to do I should have known to stay away And told that little girl not to play. I should have known that men like you Would only break my heart in two That men like you were uncapable of Expressing anything to do with love. Like a snake, you stole my love And made me believe you were sent from above. Then you laughed at my trusting ways And said,"Women are quite the fools these days." To think I ever gave my heart to you Makes me angry; but not at you. I hate myself for coming undone And having nothing to do but run. But someday you'll see It'll happen to you And you'll write the poem Of the girl who screwed you.

i have never met a snake that stole anything except for maybe a mouse's life. Perhaps you should just get the fucke out of the garden and call it a day. And by the way give me back my rib bitche or start paying rent on it. Years of bad cooking and boring sexual positions, and you're still not happy with my total ruinment (new worde)? tsk. Women... the nerve.
