dream patterned (Free verse) by the indign
dream patterned with greens and fogs: a danky drape covering and hiding the eyes swirling, dancing, perpetual moving - sun flare chop and scorch burn the withered sundrop crop the flicker and glare of an impossible arrangement of sensual and glee. a backwards sense of falling up yet never reaching ground flying through the clouds - feet first then grasp behind and turn around the spiral - the crimson string flying softly not so quiet away. bleeding inside from the without. seventeen going on twelve, a new balloon speaks quietly, returning to a secret kept so perfectly so radiant; it bursts. green and purple hues and haze that shade the cold, keep the wolves and calls for spirit left deep and far away. a whisper only echoes in the silence freed. going on forever more to be seen glib, not skewed. tire swing with broken wing, radio in tune - foster green, may be seen indefinite, while a nothing hiding nothing seeking everything sneeks up to claim his prize. burning sense of sensational hedgegrowth; bottled empty can been hollowed out. build, create, unbuild, go blind - a fire flyer glowing too bright for eyes to see - a petticoat left under the dresser slides around so glamorously. a book that closed itself to me has grown quite so full. pry open pages to discover a picture worth no more than words - not one. then pile it within the sourness that humidifies our skin. dreams left uncontrolled, unchanged, patterns of the mind. a green mist fogging up my glasses as i breathe the days last sigh.
