Doorbells (Free verse) by Birdpia
As the dawn going, the Sun was reaching the sky
I was alone in the lonely street, thinking of your smile
Doubt inside myself made me awake all the time
I didn't know what to do, I was dreaming on my bike
As morning came, I wonder
Whether the you I longed was feeling better
Whether the you leaving me, was going farther
I was like a child losing my tendency,
Lost in the familiar city
Just like the doubt you heard the doorbells ring,
Wondering who was before your entrance
Could it be someone you longed the most,
Could it be the surprise you never knew?
Just like playing with the doorbells,
Wondering if there was someone in the house
Doubt inside myself is increasing as,
I also wondered if I could be caught
When I was before your entrance,
Door was opened before I could play doubt with your doorbells
Letter was left on the table,
And drops of tears wet your writting..
