an exit into limbo (Free verse) by libby_28
Pick up the pieces of your memory, A special time invested for youth. Thoughts of a time in which you were happy Gone now as you look out the window The worst gift given to you in thought, That is the feeling of being alone. A life changed from another’s ideas, A slow power struggle, Time, your bastard enemy. Draw your strength from nothing. Cry at night to the stars to ease your pain, Analyze your life down to the end. It is not sadness you feel, but fear. Wait around in a world of limbo, Take the other road to change.
