heathen love (Free verse) by w~* ATHENA *~w
I learned to fight, I learned to sin; I battled heathen, fought with lust; When you were on my side I'd win. My appetites I could not trust. I only knew your wrath was just. I loved you when no one did; Sought another chapter; Innocence as I was bid, Lives filled with laughter. White and red, black and blue True.
