A Story Book Tale (Free verse) by brazen
If I told you a story,
Would you hold it true,
Believe every word,
And disspell the demons too,
Because love never lies,
Until it dies,
And the story book is put away.
Skipped a chapter,
Now I'm lost without it,
Went back to start again,
But was told it is out of print,
So find me the author,
To summarize it forever more,
451 degrees of fate.
Lost my marker,
Forgot the page,
Don't even remember,
This book caused me rage,
But I'm lost without the plot,
Doesn't matter if I forgot,
As long as I read the end.
