Anti-Kinetic (Free verse) by anonymous
The most difficult dilemma:
Knowing what you're capable of and...
Watching yourself crumble over the potential
There must have been something great in a black hole
Some power, some force, some strength
Something so amazing, that the universe couldn't hold it
Something that rushed chills up and down your spine
Bent your hairs to erection
Something so awesome, immaculate, and huge...
That something must have rested upon me
A divine presence left a divine absence
My skill, the discipline...vacuumed
Progress equals regression
Attempts equal failure
"If at first you don't succeed, TRY and TRY again."
Venimous advice, poisonous cliche
Don't try, DO it!
Don't attempt, succeed!
If at first you don't succeed,
It was because you only tried at first
"At least I tried," said the failure.
