Walking the hollow, simple world I balk at the thought of a cereal breakfast In a cardboard box of time I sit slinging slugs of muck to the wind and thinking about something I forgot long ago Before things mangled themselves And time stood still. But trudge on we must Thru the gloomy night Into the too bright dawn
