diamond embedded once before & always (Free verse) by A. Nomaly
cattle all rounded up by horse and dog Colorado high mountain season privilege ordained by National Park. Here we are Grandpa, Aunt, Uncle, Me, Guide, collected, tented, camped, sleeping in cots, breakfasts of pancakes, solar showers, stingy flakes of far away snow, ping-panged with no sound, just construction, shored up banks, sleep covered, smile shaped and laughing, hand over hand, long coat waisted and flung over shoulder, waits at bus stop so not to attract attention, given over to one casting wish and simple pleading of course. You may want this someday, until then I will take everything else.
